The required area is excavated and waste removed.Scalping roadstone is compacted to ensure a solid base.Sharp sand levelled to precise gradient and depth.Patio slabs laid to customer requested pattern and choice. All joints pointed using sand and cement mortar mix ensuring solid unit and prevention of weed growth.
Block pavers laid on same base and surface.Compacted to ensure locking bond and required level.
Brick walls,Fountains,Ponds,raised flower beds can be built to customer design,advice available
Decking construction,using all pressure treated timber,is also within spectrums service and customer satisfaction.
Extensions,Porches,Garages
Foundations excavated to specified plan depth.Poured concrete levelled to measurement.Brick,block work constructed to DPC level.Damp proof membrane applied,concrete poured,levelled creating base.
DPC applied,profiles secured,specification constructed with windows,doors fitted in designated locations.
Roof plates,RSJ steelwork,timbers and trusses secured and erected into secure position.Tile,slate,flat roof system fixed to correct procedure,customer satisfaction and approval.
Conservatories
UPVC and wood construction available.
Either specification is erected,secured and sealed to a high standard and manufacturers requirement.
Brickwork,construction of base to specified measurement if required is undertaken from foundation,to quality finished product.
